Unethical Treatment By Partner

Would not recommend. Katherine was out of town, so she asked her partner to help us. We called in an offer on a house about an hour after we asked her to show it to us. Instead of the agent letting us know we needed to find another agent to represent us because she was representing other buyers, the agent gave us the run around saying she didn't know how to submit the offer and that her partner, Katherine would call us back when she returned from being out of town. Of course when Katherine called us 2 days later, there was now an offer pending from the other people. Very disappointed with the unethical treatment we received.
